The SEKN network will increase the capacity of educational institutions to research and develop pedagogic programs offered to graduate, undergraduate and executive education students.

SEKN’s educational strategy consists in reaching a growing quantity of students throughout degree courses and programs, as well as executive formation, in order to give them transformational learning experiences. This objective is executed through diverse manners in the different schools, but the strategy points to assure that the participating schools develop new courses about inclusive and sustainable corporate and social initiatives or that they enrich notably their actual programs, thanks to the knowledge and teaching materials produced by SEKN.

The management of the network uses a shared leadership approach assigning responsibilities on a rotating basis. This leadership model avoids concentrating responsibility and power. National leaders in each of the universities in SEKN meet in periodic workshops to advance research topics and share best teaching practices. Likewise, specific committees are formed to develop the specific tasks that are emerging in the development of the work of the Network.
